The Fresh Bean Coffee Company was established in 1996 as one of the first internet retail coffee distributorships.  It was borne out of a love for a really good cup of coffee.  Our goal of finding  the highest quality roasted coffee was realized when we located Kiariz Coffee Source.  Through my relationship with Kiariz I learned to operate coffee shops, became a master roaster and eventually initiated a marketing department.  Sadly, my time of working directly with the company came to an end when the roasting facility was relocated to Luray, Virginia. 

During the years that The Fresh Bean operated as a retail distributor we shipped coffee all over the world.  I also created many close relationships with our clients.  It wasn’t long before we were exchanging information about our families, in some cases even exchanging pictures.  We were fortunate enough to reunite two brothers that had not communicated with each other in seven years when, by coincidence, they both ordered coffee through our website.   Those experiences were fulfilling, however, fundraising eventually became our primary focus.

The Fresh Bean kicked off our fundraising program in 1999 with a large soccer organization in northern Virginia.  We continue to raise funds with this group each soccer season and through word of mouth have created a strong local fundraising presence.  We now offer our program nationally working with youth organizations, schools, and churches both large and small.  We value each of our customers and support them as much as possible in their efforts to raise funds for their various community groups.  To get started please click your way over to our fundraising information page.
