To initiate your fundraiser provide the information below and submit it the The Fresh Bean. Order forms will then be sent out to the group’s contact person. Please allow two weeks for delivery of forms.
The following is a planning schedule with the minimum time frames for each phase. I have always found it helpful to first determine the date completed orders need to be distributed and then plan against that date. Feel free to call if you would like to review the schedule with me.
- Request for forms submitted to The Fresh Bean (Order form mailing time - Two weeks)
- Date forms distributed to sellers (Selling time – Two weeks)
- Date sellers return completed order forms for tally (Turn-in/Tally – One week)
- Date Fundraiser Tally Form submitted to The Fresh Bean (Roasting/Shipping time – Two weeks)
- Date order is delivered to your group (Sorting of order – up to one week)
- Date completed orders distributed to your group’s sellers.
